ocw's ophomore issue proved that a seemingly crazy late night idea can snowball into a full-fledged endeavour. Despite being only the 2nd issue, the Summer 2006 issue is full of amazing art & writing (and the CD is pretty darn good too!).

Highlights: painting, photography, woodwork, drawing, poetry, prose poetry, non-fiction, experimental writing, stageplay, blog, fiction, spoken word, and a variety of music genres.
