Jake Tobin Garrett spends his nights drinking scotch, playing Scrabble on the internet, and fending off his kitty, Dinosaur, with his free hand. He lives on the 11th floor of his building and would probably end up jumping off the balcony if he wasn’t able to write or read anymore. He loves Vancouver with all his heart and truly believes, international surveys or not, that it is the best city in the world. One day he would like to travel all over the world, only to come back to Vancouver and live until he is a bitter old man sitting on his balcony in a dirty bathrobe cursing at the crows at 5am with a cup of steaming coffee in his hand. His only hope is to leave a mark before he finally expires. He does not know yet whether this will be a negative or positive mark, but crosses fingers for the latter.
